The soup is made by slowly simmering beef and beef bones, resulting in a clear, light, and refreshing flavor.
What is Lanzhou Beef Noodles?
Lanzhou Beef Noodles is a traditional noodle dish originating from Lanzhou City, China, reflecting the Islamic (Halal) culinary culture.
It features a clear beef bone broth, hand-pulled noodles, thinly sliced beef, cilantro, green onions, and red chili oil.
Enjoy the harmonious flavors of its five essential elements: clear broth, white radish, red oil, green cilantro, and yellow noodles.
Which noodle thickness do you recommend?
We offer nine noodle thicknesses to choose from. Our most popular is the ‘Thin Noodles’, but if you prefer a more substantial texture, we recommend the ‘Triangular Noodles’. Please select according to your preference!
Are there any tips for eating it?
First, savor the clear flavor of the broth. Then, gradually enjoy the noodles and toppings.
Adding black vinegar partway through allows you to enjoy a change in flavor.
